The Supreme Court of Ghana is the highest judicial body in Ghana, with the final say on legal matters and the power to overturn lower court decisions. Ghana's 1992 constitution guarantees the independence and separation of the judiciary from the country's legislative and executive branches. The Court consists of nine justices and hears cases spanning criminal law, civil law, and administrative law.
