George Kingsley Acquah (1942-2007) was a Ghanaian judge who served as Chief Justice of Ghana, the 23rd holder of the office and the eleventh since independence, from July 2003 until his death from cancer in March 2007. He practiced law privately in Cape Coast from 1972 to 1989 before joining the bench as a High Court judge in 1989, an Appeal Court judge in 1994, and a Supreme Court judge in 1995.
