Dennis Dominic Adjei is a Ghanaian jurist born March 25, 1964, who became a justice of the Supreme Court of Ghana on July 3, 2025, after nomination by President John Mahama. He was educated at the University of Ghana, the Ghana School of Law, the University of London and Duke University School of Law. Before his Supreme Court appointment he served as a justice of the African Court on Human and Peoples' Rights and of the Court of Appeal of Ghana, and was a member of the nine member Advisory Committee of the International Criminal Court. In 1999 he founded Holy Trinity Chambers in Kumasi, serving as its managing partner until 2010.
