Gertrude Araba Esaaba Sackey Torkornoo (born 1962) is a Ghanaian judge who served as the fifteenth Chief Justice of Ghana, the third woman to hold the office, from June 2023 until her dismissal in September 2025. She joined the Supreme Court in December 2019 after earlier service as a High Court justice from 2004 and a Court of Appeal justice from 2012, and was nominated to succeed Chief Justice Kwasi Anin-Yeboah in April 2023. President John Mahama dismissed her from office on 1 September 2025 following a committee recommendation, a removal she subsequently challenged in court.
