Taghreed Hikmat, born in 1945, is a Jordanian judge who in 1996 became the country's first female judge. She served as a judge on the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda from 2003 to 2011, then sat in the Senate of Jordan from 2013 to 2020, and since October 2020 has served as a judge on the Constitutional Court of Jordan.
