Mohammad Jihad al-Laham, born 13 January 1954 in Damascus, is a Syrian politician and jurist who served as President of the Supreme Constitutional Court of Syria from 8 May 2018 to 8 December 2024, having earlier served as Speaker of the People's Assembly of Syria from 2012 to 2016. A prominent criminal defense lawyer, he headed the Damascus Bar Association branch office from 1997 to 2001 and chaired its governing council from 2005 to 2013.
