Erik Mose, born 9 October 1950, is a Norwegian jurist who served as a judge of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda from 1999 to 2009, including as its President from 2003 to 2007. He was previously a justice of the Supreme Court of Norway and later served as a judge of the European Court of Human Rights.
