Sir Charles Michael Dennis Byron, born 4 July 1943 in Basseterre, Saint Kitts and Nevis, is a jurist who served as Chief Justice of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court from 1996 to 2004. He then became a judge of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda from 23 June 2004, serving as its President from 29 May 2007 to 27 May 2011 and as Vice-President until 25 August 2011. He went on to serve as President of the Caribbean Court of Justice from 2011 to 2018 and later became President of the Commonwealth Judicial Education Institute.
