Bernard Cornelis Johannes Loder (1849 to 1935) was a Dutch jurist and diplomat born in Amsterdam. He served on the Supreme Court of the Netherlands from 1908 to 1921 and became its first president from 1921 to 1924, while also sitting as a judge of the Permanent Court of International Justice, where he served as the court's first president. His expertise centered on international and maritime law, and he represented the Netherlands at several international conferences on maritime matters. He died in The Hague in 1935.
