Court of Appeal of Kenya

The Court of Appeal of Kenya is established under Article 164 of the Constitution of Kenya and currently consists of 42 judges. It hears appeals from decisions of the High Court of Kenya, the Environment and Land Court, the Employment and Labour Relations Court, and other courts or tribunals as provided by law, and its own decisions may be further appealed to the Supreme Court of Kenya, the highest court in the country.
