Louis Yves Fortier is a Canadian diplomat, trial and appellate lawyer, arbitrator and corporate director. He served as the Canadian Ambassador to the United Nations from August 1988 to December 1991 and was national president of the Canadian Bar Association from 1982 to 1983.
