Youssoupha Ndiaye was a Senegalese jurist and politician who served as President of the Court of Cassation from 1992 to 1993 and then as President of the Constitutional Council of Senegal from 1993 to 2002. He later served as Senegal Minister of Sport and chaired the International Olympic Committee ethics committee.
