Thomas Offenloch is a German judge born in Konstanz in 1972 who has served as a justice of the Second Senate of the Federal Constitutional Court since January 11, 2023. He studied law at the University of Konstanz and completed his legal training in 1998. He served in Baden-Wurttemberg's higher judicial service, including at the district court and prosecutor's office in Heilbronn and the district court in Schwabisch Hall, became a district court judge in 2001, sat on the Karlsruhe Higher Regional Court from 2010 to 2013, and served as a judge of the Federal Court of Justice from 2013 to 2023 before his appointment to the constitutional court.
