Theodor Ohlinger (1939-2023) was an Austrian jurist and legal scholar. He held a full professorship in constitutional and administrative law at the University of Vienna from 1974 to 2007 and served as a member of the Constitutional Court of Austria from 1977 to 1989. In 2019, Austrian President Alexander Van der Bellen described him as Austria's operating system in recognition of his influence on the country's legal and constitutional framework.
