Tassaduq Hussain Jillani, born 1949 in Multan, is a Pakistani jurist who served as the twenty-first Chief Justice of Pakistan from 2013 to 2014. He authored a landmark 2014 Supreme Court ruling on the protection of religious minorities issued after an attack on a Peshawar church, and he had earlier refused to take an oath under General Musharraf's 2007 emergency rule, returning to the bench only after that suspension was found unconstitutional.
