Rashid Toleutaiuly Tusupbekov, born 28 January 1955 in Shymkent in the Soviet Union, is a Kazakh legal official who served as Attorney General of Kazakhstan from 21 December 2000 to 2 April 2009, and afterward as Minister of Justice of Kazakhstan from 2 April 2009 to 20 January 2012, before heading the country's Financial Police. He was educated at Moscow State University.
