Rafael Addiego Bruno (23 February 1923 to 20 February 2014) was a Uruguayan jurist and political figure, born in Salto. He served as a Minister of the Supreme Court of Uruguay from 20 January 1984 to 23 February 1993, and as interim President of Uruguay from 12 February to 1 March 1985, between the resignation of Gregorio Alvarez and the accession of Julio Maria Sanguinetti as the country returned to democracy. He belonged to the Civic Union party and studied at the University of the Republic in Uruguay.
