Qazi Faez Isa, born 1959 in Quetta, is a Pakistani jurist who served as the twenty-ninth Chief Justice of Pakistan from 2023 to 2024. As Chief Justice he led a bench that reinterpreted a constitutional disqualification clause from a lifetime bar to a five-year limit, a ruling that reopened electoral eligibility for previously barred politicians, and his tenure was marked by public disputes over judicial independence and allegations of intelligence-agency interference in the courts.
