Patrick Lipton Robinson is a Jamaican jurist born in 1944 who served as a judge of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia from 1998 to 2015, including as its president from 2008 to 2011, presiding over the 2004 trial of former Yugoslav president Slobodan Milosevic. He later served as a judge of the International Court of Justice from 2015 to 2024.
