Olga Borisovna Kudeshkina, born in 1951, is a Russian jurist. She earned her law degree from Kemerovo State University in 1976, then served as a judge in Kemerovo before moving to the Moscow City Court, where she sat as a first-class judge from November 2000 to May 2004. She became known internationally after she was stripped of her judicial status in 2004, following public allegations that prosecutors had pressured her during a criminal case.
