Kassio Nunes Marques, born May 16, 1972, is a Brazilian jurist who has served as a justice of the Supreme Federal Court since November 5, 2020, nominated by President Jair Bolsonaro and confirmed by the Senate that October, filling the seat vacated by the retirement of Justice Celso de Mello. He previously served as a judge of the Electoral Regional Court of Piaui from 2008 and as an appellate judge of the Regional Federal Court of the 1st Region from 2011 to 2020.
