Nasir-ul-Mulk (born 17 August 1950 in Swat) is a Pakistani jurist and politician who served as the twenty-second Chief Justice of Pakistan from 2014 to 2015 and later as caretaker Prime Minister of Pakistan from June to August 2018. Appointed Chief Justice on 6 July 2014 by President Mamnoon Hussain, he had earlier served as acting Chief Election Commissioner, as Chief Justice of the Peshawar High Court from 2004 to 2005, and as a justice of the Supreme Court from 2005. A barrister called to the Inner Temple in London in 1976, he practiced law for more than seventeen years at the Peshawar High Court and taught law at Peshawar University, and is noted for a textualist approach to human rights and non-discrimination issues.

Nasirul Mulk is a Pakistani jurist and politician who served as the seventh caretaker prime minister of Pakistan in 2018, and previously also served as the 22nd chief justice of Pakistan from 2014 to 2015. A jurist by profession, he was nominated as Chief Justice by the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. On 6 July 2014, his appointment as CJP was confirmed by President Mamnoon Hussain. He also previously served as the country's acting Chief Election Commissioner, from 30 November 2013 to 6 July 2014.
