Musarrat Hilali, born August 8, 1961, is a Pakistani judge who in July 2023 became the second woman elevated to the Supreme Court of Pakistan. She had earlier become the first woman chief justice of the Peshawar High Court, and from March 2013 until her Supreme Court elevation was the sole woman serving on that court's bench. Earlier in her career she became the first female additional advocate general of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the province's first female ombudsman for workplace harassment protection.
