Muhammad Afzal Zullah (19 April 1928 to 23 December 2011) was the eleventh Chief Justice of Pakistan, serving from 1 January 1990 to 18 April 1993, between Muhammad Haleem and Nasim Hasan Shah. Born in Mandra in the Rawalpindi district, he earned an arts degree from the University of Punjab in 1948 and a law degree from Punjab University Lahore in 1950, then practiced law in Sahiwal, Rawalpindi and Lahore. He was appointed an additional judge of the West Pakistan High Court in 1968, became a permanent judge in 1970, and was elevated to the Supreme Court in 1979. He later served on the governing boards of the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, and Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad.

Mohammed Afzal Zullah was born on April 19, 1928, in Bijnial, Mandrah, Gujar Khan, District Rawalpindi. He graduated in 1948 from the University of Punjab with a degree in arts. In 1950, he received the degree in law from Punjab University Lahore. He enrolled as a Pleader in 1950 and started practicing law in Sahiwal. Later on he shifted to Rawalpindi in 1951 and to Lahore in 1961.
