Mirsad Ceman, born in 1955 in Miljanovci, Tesanj, is a Bosnian lawyer, judge and political figure who has served as President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina since May 2025, a second term after previously holding the office from 2015 to 2018. He graduated in law from the University of Banja Luka in 1979, served as a member of parliament for the Party of Democratic Action from 1990 to 2006 on constitutional affairs committees, and joined the Constitutional Court as a judge in 2008.
