Milovan Zoricic, who lived from 1884, in Zagreb, to 1971, was a Croatian football official and judge who was one of the founders of the football club HASK Zagreb in 1904, translated the rules of football into Croatian in 1908, and became the first president of the Croatian Football Federation in 1912. He also had a career as a criminal judge, and he served as a judge of the International Court of Justice from 1946 to 1958.
