Michal Jan Rostworowski (1864 to 1940) was a Polish Austrian lawyer born in Dresden. He was professor of international and constitutional law at the University of Cracow from 1903 to 1930 and served as the university's rector in the 1925 to 1926 academic year. He was elected a judge of the Permanent Court of International Justice in 1930, when the court's bench was enlarged, and held the position until his death in Tarnow in 1940.
