Manley Ottmer Hudson (19 May 1886 to 13 April 1960) was an American lawyer specializing in public international law. He served as a judge of the Permanent Court of International Justice from 1936 until the court dissolution in 1946, headed the international law department at Harvard Law School from 1923 to 1954, served as the first chairman of the International Law Commission, and was president of the American Society of International Law from 1949 to 1952. He is credited with shaping American perspectives on international law over the course of his career.
