Kadir Ozkaya, born 12 August 1963 in Tarsus, Mersin, is a Turkish jurist who has served as the 19th President of the Constitutional Court of Turkey since 20 April 2024, succeeding Zuhtu Arslan. Educated at Gazi University, he served as a rapporteur of the Constitutional Court from 2005 to 2011 and as a member of the Council of State from 2011 to 2014, was elected to the Constitutional Court in 2014, and became its deputy president in 2020.
