Joseph Philo Bradley lived from March 14, 1813 to January 22, 1892 and was an American jurist who served as an associate justice of the Supreme Court of the United States from 1870 to 1892. He was also a member of the Electoral Commission that decided the disputed 1876 United States presidential election.
