Henning Radtke is a German judge born in Lubeck in 1962 who has served as a justice of the First Senate of the Federal Constitutional Court since July 2018. He studied law at the University of Gottingen, earned his doctorate there in 1993, and completed his habilitation in 1997. He held criminal law professorships at Saarland University, Philipp University Marburg and Leibniz University Hanover, served as a judge at the Celle Higher Regional Court, and was appointed to the First Criminal Division of the Federal Court of Justice in 2012 before his appointment to the constitutional court.
