Hasan Foez Siddique, born 1956, is a Bangladeshi jurist who served as the twenty-third Chief Justice of Bangladesh from 2021 to 2023. His appointment was contested because it superseded a more senior Appellate Division judge, and before reaching the top court he chaired the Bangladesh Judicial Service Commission and briefly served as acting Chief Justice in 2019.
