Graciela Gatti Santana is a Uruguayan jurist, born 1 June 1964, who has served as President of the International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals since 1 July 2022, having been a judge of the Mechanism since 2012. The Mechanism carries forward the residual functions of the International Criminal Tribunals for Rwanda and the Former Yugoslavia, including protection of witnesses and enforcement of sentences.
