Gilberto Felici is a Sammarinese jurist born on 15 June 1972. He worked as a lawyer and notary from 1998, served as a judicial auditor across several fields of law at the Tribunal of San Marino from 1999 to 2003, and sat as a first-instance judge there from 2003 to 2018, while also serving as a member of the European Commission against Racism and Intolerance from 2003 to 2018 and teaching human rights and international law. He was elected judge of the European Court of Human Rights for San Marino on 26 September 2018 and has served there since.
