Georges Michel Abi-Saab is an Egyptian jurist and professor of international law who served as a member of the World Trade Organization Appellate Body, chairing it in a term that ended in 2008. He also sat on the Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and served as an ad hoc judge of the International Court of Justice.
