Frederik Valdemar Nikolai Beichmann (1859 to 1937) was a Norwegian jurist and civil servant born in Christiania, now Oslo. He worked at Norway's Ministry of Justice from 1883 to 1898 before taking up judicial duties in Trondheim. He served as a member of the Permanent Court of International Justice at The Hague from 1921 to 1933 and was president of the Institut de Droit International from 1931 to 1932. He was made a Knight of the Order of St. Olav in 1899 and later a Commander with Star, and he died in Trondheim in 1937.
