Flavio Dino de Castro e Costa, born April 30, 1968, is a Brazilian jurist and politician who has served as a justice of the Supreme Federal Court since being sworn in on February 22, 2024, appointed by President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva. He served as a federal judge from 1994, as a federal deputy for Maranhao from 2007 to 2011, as governor of Maranhao from 2015 to 2022, and as Minister of Justice and Public Security from January 2023 until his appointment to the court.
