Fiona Papajorgji, born 12 March 1976 in Vlore, is an Albanian legal professional who has served as chairwoman of the Constitutional Court of Albania for a three-year term since 18 December 2025, having been the sole candidate in the race. She earned her law degree from the University of Bari in Italy in 2000 and a subsequent doctorate in law, practiced as a lawyer in Italy from 2000 to 2008, then returned to Albania to work at the Constitutional Court as a research lawyer and later legal advisor before Parliament appointed her a justice of the court in November 2019.
