Fazal Akbar (born November 1903) was the sixth Chief Justice of Pakistan, appointed by Field Marshal Ayub Khan and serving about five months, from 4 June to 17 November 1968, succeeding S. A. Rahman and preceding Hamoodur Rahman. Educated at St. Xavier's College and the University of Calcutta before qualifying at the Inns of Court School of Law in London, he was called to the bar in 1930. He held a long series of judicial posts in India and Pakistan, including District and Sessions Judge, High Court Judge, and Supreme Court Justice, before his elevation to Chief Justice.
