Diego Garcia-Sayan Larrabure is a Peruvian lawyer and former Foreign Affairs Minister of Peru who served as a judge of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights and as the court president from 2010 to 2012. He also served as United Nations Special Rapporteur on the independence of judges and lawyers.
