Cesar Rodrigo Landa Arroyo is a Peruvian professor and politician who served as president of the Constitutional Court of Peru between 2006 and 2008 and as vice minister of Justice in 2004. He later served as Peru Minister of Foreign Relations intermittently from February to December 2022 under President Pedro Castillo.
