Clarence Wilfred Jenks, known as C. Wilfred Jenks, lived from 1909 to 1973 and was an English international lawyer who served as Director-General of the International Labour Organization from 1970 to 1973, the culmination of a long career at the organization. He wrote extensively on international law over that career before becoming the ILO's head.
