Burchard of Worms (about 950 or 965 to 1025) was the bishop of the Imperial City of Worms in the Holy Roman Empire. He compiled a twenty book collection of canon law known as the Decretum, or Decretum Burchardi, one of the major canon law collections of the medieval church.
