Bostjan M. Zupancic, born 13 May 1947 in Ljubljana, Slovenia, is a former judge of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, France, serving from 1998 to 2016, and was President of the Court Third Chamber from November 2004 to January 2008.
