Prince Bolasodun Adesumbo Bola Ajibola, who lived from 22 March 1934 to 8 April 2023, was a Nigerian jurist born in Lagos who earned his LL.B. from the University of London and was called to the bar at Lincoln's Inn in 1962. He served as President of the Nigerian Bar Association from 1984 to 1985, as Attorney General and Minister of Justice of Nigeria from 1985 to 1991, as a judge of the International Court of Justice from 1991 to 1994, and afterward as Nigeria's High Commissioner to the United Kingdom from 1999 to 2002. He also served as a commissioner on the Eritrea-Ethiopia Boundary Commission and founded the Nigeria Institute of Chartered Arbitrators in 1979.
