Bohdan Stefan Winiarski, who lived from April 27, 1884, to December 4, 1969, was a Polish jurist and politician who taught international law at the University of Poznan, becoming a full professor of public international law in 1930 and serving as dean of the Faculty of Law and Economics from 1936 to 1939. During the Second World War he served as president of the Bank of Poland under the Polish government in exile in London. He was elected a judge of the International Court of Justice in 1946 and served until 1967, and he served as the court's president from 1961 to 1964, succeeding Helge Klaestad and being succeeded by Percy Spender.
