Asif Saeed Khan Khosa, born 1954 in Dera Ghazi Khan, is a Pakistani jurist who served as the twenty-sixth Chief Justice of Pakistan in 2019. As a Supreme Court justice he sat on benches that disqualified prime ministers Yousuf Raza Gillani and Nawaz Sharif from office, and during his own tenure as Chief Justice he oversaw the nullification of a government extension for the army chief and the treason case that sentenced former military ruler Pervez Musharraf to death.
