Gladys Annabella Morfin Mansilla is a Guatemalan lawyer who became president of the Constitutional Court of Guatemala in April 2026, the first woman to hold that office. A graduate of the Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala with postgraduate study at Universidad Rafael Landivar, she served as Attorney General of Guatemala from 2016 to 2018 under President Jimmy Morales and has practiced law for four decades, with earlier work as legal advisor and secretary general of the National Institute of Agrarian Transformation and as administrative secretary of the Constitutional Court in the 1980s.
