Andrew Phang Boon Leong (born 15 December 1957) is a Singaporean judge who taught law at the National University of Singapore and the Singapore Management University before being appointed Judicial Commissioner in 2005, Judge of the High Court later that year, and Judge of Appeal in 2006, becoming at 48 the youngest person ever appointed to that court. He is regarded as one of the leading authorities on contract law in Singapore and the Commonwealth and has authored more than 260 publications. He retired as a Justice of the Court of Appeal on his 65th birthday in 2022 and continues to sit as a senior judge.
