Andreas Vosskuhle, born in 1963, is a German legal scholar who led Germany Federal Constitutional Court as its President from 16 March 2010 to 22 June 2020, becoming the youngest person to hold the office in the court history. He held a full professorship at the University of Freiburg from 1999, heading its institute for political science and philosophy of law, and served as rector of the university from 2007. He has been an ordinary member of the Berlin-Brandenburg Academy of Sciences and Humanities since 2007.
